  • After 24 hours and up to 7 days before departure: Partial refund, subject to supplier rules and administrative fees.

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund available, except in extraordinary circumstances.

All refund requests must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of booking.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and products are non-refundable, including:

  • Flight tickets once issued

  • Visa or documentation fees

  • Holy tours (Umrah, Hajj, or pilgrimage) after confirmation

  • Hotel bookings within non-refundable rate categories

  • Customized or group event bookings

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

If a customer fails to appear for a scheduled tour, flight, or hotel check-in without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
