  • Hotel Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are typically refundable, subject to the hotel’s individual policy.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur a partial or full charge.

  • Travel Packages:

    • Refunds depend on the specific package terms. Some promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

    • For flexible packages, cancellations made 14 days before departure are usually eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative fees.

  • Event Management Services:

    • Deposits paid for event planning are non-refundable once confirmed.

    • If cancellation occurs before major arrangements are finalized, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

  • Holy Tours:

    • Due to advance arrangements with third-party providers, these bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

    • In some cases, rescheduling may be available if requested at least 30 days before departure.

If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or supplier unavailability), customers will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or

  • A credit voucher for future use on any of our services

We will make every reasonable effort to notify affected customers promptly and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
